Network Support Technician
Associate in Science
and Certificate of Completion Programs

This program will prepare you for employment as a technical support worker providing technical assistance and training to computer system users, investigating and resolving computer software and hardware problems for users, and answering client inquiries concerning the use of computer hardware and software. It prepares you for entry-level employment in computer technical support, including job titles such as technical support representative, help desk associate, and computer support specialist. It may also provide a career path into network administration.
